Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions contained herein are the exclusive Terms and Conditions governing the relationship, rights and responsibilities of Adrenaline Screenworks, LLC, hereby referred to as ASW, and Client in relation to the ordering, purchase and sale of any goods or services.  By submitting any Order or request for an Order, Client hereby agrees to these Terms and Conditions and acknowledges that Client has read and understands same.

Payment & Terms

Payment in full is considered due at time of delivery.

All orders will require a 50% deposit prior to the beginning of production unless otherwise negotiated in writing.

Any customer with an outstanding balance of more than 30 days shall be required to either pay in full or make written arrangements with ASW to pay the balance in full before any form of production will begin on a new order.

Any customer who has or has had an outstanding balance that is more than 90 days old will be required to pay 100% up front on all new orders.

Any customer who has an outstanding balance that is more than 120 days may be turned over to collections.

We accept all debit and major credit cards.  We accept payment via PayPal, CashApp, and Venmo.  Other payments may be accepted when negotiated up front.

Production

Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround time for orders is 2 weeks from customer deposit and approval of proof. This does not include company holidays, days in transit, or custom art time.  Orders requiring special finishing options may take more time. ASW always strives to provide the fastest possible service and many orders can be produced in less time without the need for a rush fee.

Rush Orders: We do accept rush orders when we are capable of producing them.  Rush orders must be paid in full upon sales order and art approval.  You may not cancel a rush order once your order is placed. Rush order acceptance will also be determined based on inventory availability.  In some cases, a $100 rush fee may be required. This is determined on a by order basis.

Artwork and Proofing: In order to provide the customer with the best possible finished product ASW may need to edit, adjust, vectorize, digitize or otherwise recreate the provided art. This process may lead to minor errors or discrepancies from the original art. It is for this reason ASW will provide every customer with a full-color proof. Production of an order will not begin until AFTER this proof is approved. If an error is found after your order has been approved and printed/embroidered, Adrenaline Screenworks will not be held liable for the cost associated with reprinting the order. We assume no liability for errors in designs approved by the customer.

  • Designs will be sized for the smallest sized garment within an order. Ex: An order contains both youth and adult sized garments that are to receive the same imprint. The imprints will be sized for the smallest youth sized garment unless customer approves runoff.
  • Quotes:  Quotes provided by ASW expire 30 days from the date they were created.
  • For screenprinting, all artwork submitted must be in a high resolution file that is print ready. Vector files are preferred.
  • For embroidery, digitized files are required with the preferred file as an OFM file.
  • Adrenaline Screenworks does provide vectorization and digitization at an additional cost.

Color Matching: All colors in a design will be matched to the closest in-house stock ink color. For exact color matches, please request Pantone matched colors. Pantone color matches are available for an additional fee.

Minimum Orders

Our minimum order for standard size imprints is 24 pieces per design and garment style/color. We reserve the right to increase the minimum in the event that your design will take extra setup and production time than normal.

Change Orders

Change orders are generally not accepted once an order is approved. Ex: A day after you place your order you decide you would like to change designs, garment colors, garment quantities or garment sizes. In the event management accepts your change order, your scheduled due date will also change and you may incur extra charges. These charges may include but are not limited to shipping, art, embroidery digitizing and general processing.

Manufacture Out of Stocks and Manufacture Defects

Due to the wide variety of brands, styles, colors, and sizes, Adrenaline Screenworks does not stock blank garments. From time to time the manufacture may be out of stock on ordered items. Adrenaline Screenworks will not be held liable for delays due to manufacture out of stocks or discontinued items. In these cases the customer will be notified immediately and provided with other options.

We cannot be held responsible for garment inconsistencies related to size, shade, or construction. We suggest ordering extra garments to account for such defects.

Over & Under Run

Adrenaline Screenworks will not be held responsible for spoilage due to inconsistencies in the print on up to 3% of the order total. This can mean a shortage of up to 3% on your order. Upon completion of your product, all the garments are counted, and if the order is short at all we credit back your account as soon as we send out the order. PLEASE NOTE: If you have an event or exact quantities are needed you will need to either account for this spoilage or let us know in advance that the order needs to be exact. This can add to production time as well as cost.

All orders within the Under/Over Run Allowance of the ordered quantity will be considered acceptable for delivery. For this reason, we highly recommend you order extra garments for each size. Adrenaline Screenworks will not be responsible for profit loss on under runs. If requested, in the event of an under run greater than our Under/Over Run Allowance, we will reprint the remaining quantity.

Standard & Oversize: 3% per print location

Jumbo: 5% per print location

Refunds

All refunds must be pre-approved by management, must be done so within 48 hours of receiving the defective or misprinted items and must follow the guidelines below for what is deemed refundable.

ASW shall not be responsible for any error that exists in the final approved proof.

Non-Catalog Items – items carried in that are not normal products carried by ASW.

ASW will absolutely NOT guarantee or warranty any work on any product carried in. While we will always strive to make your order correctly, mistakes happen, we might not charge for the service provided if we have made an error, (we will determine this before we agree to do the service) but will NOT be responsible for the cost of the item that was brought in.

Defective Textiles or Printing Errors (not present on final approved proof).

Typographical or distinct color difference (such as using red instead of blue) These errors shall receive a full refund for any items returned to ASW.

Minor Color Difference errors (such as the wrong shade of red) ASW will make every effort to display and confirm and match color and hue for all orders as closely as possible. In some cases due to variations in material or limitations of available colors a variation may exist. If such a variation should occur the customer is eligible for 1 of 2 rectification methods.

  • ASW will only charge for the textile and the customer may keep the item.
  • ASW will replace the item and not charge for the imprint. This option may delay delivery of replaced items and the customer will not be given the defective item, also this option may require special order ink or material; the customer will be responsible for this cost.

Over Zipper & Seam Prints
Printing over zippers and seams will never produce a ‘perfect’ print. Returns and reprints will not be issued for these services

Water Based & Discharge Prints
Discharge and Water Based prints work best on 100% cotton garments. Due to the inconsistent nature of discharge printing, ASW will not be liable for minor inconsistencies found in the print and will not issue refunds for this service. It is hard to create an exact Pantone match with Discharge, though we can get close. Also, there is more spoilage since some shirts won’t discharge out as well as others. If you prefer this method of printing, either be open to a small percentage of variance, or have extras ordered.

Major Placement Errors

ASW has general imprint locations for textiles, such as “Full Back”, “Full Front”, “Left Chest”, “Right Chest”, etc. These details will be specified in the proof. ASW will replace any items with art in the wrong general location.

Minor Placement Errors 

We strive to maintain a constant and accurate placement of your art in relation to these areas, however variation is inevitable, as such ASW will not be responsible or liable for placement of art that is offset by less than 1 inch on shirts and ½ inch on hats, variations greater than those described here will be eligible for 1 of 2 rectification methods. Precise location will differ slightly on each garment.

  • ASW will only charge for the textile and the customer may keep the item.
  • ASW will replace the item and not charge for the imprint. This option may delay delivery of replaced items and the customer will not be given the defective item.

*Note that ASW utilizes a manual screenprinting process. Minor differences between all products will exist. No item will be exactly the same.

Returned Items

All returns must be pre-approved by management and must be done so within 48 hours of receiving the defective or misprinted items. Returned items must follow the guidelines for what is deemed refundable.

Any items returned to ASW become the property of ASW, and will be disposed of in any manner deemed appropriate.  This may include but not limited to:

  • Internal destruction (cutting up and/or for usage inside the facility).
  • Donation to charities such as Goodwill or the Red Cross.
  • Repurpose and donation to local organizations (such as making shirts into smocks for a local preschool)

If the customer requires their items to be destroyed, a 25% of the value of the garment fee will be applied.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be made by written request.

Rush orders may not be canceled.

While we understand sometimes an order may need to be canceled if the order is in production, the customer will be charged based on the materials used and the work completed. This may include:

  • Full order price for any work fully completed.
  • Shipping costs associated with receiving or returning any ordered textiles
  • 75% of the cost of any non-returnable textiles.
  • Art Fee $15
  • Any and all fees associated with any custom item or color. Such as specialty heat transfer material or specific color match screen ink.

Customer Relations

We are fortunate to work with some really great customers and companies. But, every once in a while, we will have a potential customer who is rude or inappropriate. We reserve the right to not accept your order if you are unpleasant to work with!
